The future home of Hexagon Bagels, on Main Street in North Adams, still has kraft paper on the windows, but the reimagining of the space proceeds steadily toward a planned opening in October!
First Friday Welcomes Students!
Join us for a Student Community Welcome during First Friday on September 5! The event will bring students from Williams College and MCLA downtown for an afternoon and evening of food, music, and community connections to celebrate the start of the semester and highlight all that North Adams has to offer.

R2OS Info Sessions
If you missed the April 5 visioning event for the Route 2 Overpass Study, you still have lots of opportunities to learn more about the project, ask questions, and make your voice heard! The Northern Berkshire Community Coalition and the North Adams Partnership will co-host several community information sessions Tuesdays from 5:30–6:30pm throughout the months of May and June in locations throughout the city.
Events are free and open to the public. No pre-registration required.
The Hatchlings are coming!
Studio HHH and The North Adams Partnership have announced that the Hatchlings, a series of nine illuminated pavilions, will be installed at various locations within a walkable area of downtown North Adams from the Eagle Street Parklet to the MCLA campus.

Community Visioning Session
Please join the Route 2 Overpass Project Team in person at the Berkshire Innovation Center at MASS MoCA at 10am on Saturday, April 5 to learn more about the project and give your feedback!
A brief presentation of the Project Team's findings will be shared followed by an opportunity to meet in small groups with the various project topic leads. These groups will focus on project history, open space, transportation, and equitable development.
