Mastic, opened April 3 by Jared Shockcor, offers “a little weird” mix of home goods, vintage finds, books, and locally made products with a metaphysical twist. Located on Eagle Street in the former Heart’s Pace Tea Lounge space, the store emphasizes low-waste items and rotating inventory at accessible prices. Shockcor, a part-time software engineer, hopes Mastic becomes a go-to alternative for unique gifts and everyday essentials while contributing to the street’s growing momentum.
