Tip Top Hats
From Tip Top Hats’ website:
Patricia Welch is a Massachusetts-based artisan hat maker with decades of experience creating wearable art that blends creativity, craftsmanship, and comfort. After owning her own hat store in Gloucester, MA, Patricia showcased her designs in a prestigious trunk show at New York City’s iconic Henri Bendel and at Paul Monroe’s influential East Village boutique Einsteins. Her work has also been featured in juried NYFA shows and fairs, and she served as a consulting designer for Eva Scrivo Salon when the renowned stylist expanded into headwear. Today, Patricia brings her signature style to North Adams with a collection of limited-edition, one-of-a-kind hats.
